It would help if the people with Admin rights could manually move a Requistion from one person's queue to another. A few examples when this would be necessary are: 1) approver is on vacation and didn't delegate, 2) approver leaves the company, or 3) approver switched departments.

That would be a good feature. Right now, as an admin, if I want to bypass an approver, I cannot. I only can bypass the entire approval chain.

In case #1 (approver on vacation with no delegate), the admin can establish a delegate and then resend the notification for approval. At this point, the delegate will be notified and can approve.
In case #2 (approver leaves company), when a user is inactivated, Coupa checks to see if a request is in his/her queue. If there is one, it moves it ahead to the next appropriate approver.

How does an Admin establish a delegate on someone elses behalf? I tried the other day and I couldn't find that option. Is it under that user's profile?

Kate- in the Setup menu, choose "Delegated approvals". Click Add Delegate and setup a delegate for a particular approver. You'll need to enter the timeframe when this delegation is valid. If a requisition approval notification is already at the person who is on vacation, then you'll need to go to that requisition under the Requisitions tab and click the resend notification. This will send a reminder to the person on vacation, but more importantly, notify the delegate.

This feature would be good.
We have an immediate situation where a person has left the company. They are the Requisitioner and I cannot figure out how to get the Receipt Acknowledgement from the Watcher (or other person). Will Delegate approval work on Receipt acknowledgement? It does not appear a Watcher can see any receipt icons under My Account for the Reqs they are watching. That would be nice. This Req is going to be received over the course of a year. It will be a real time drain to add long term Requisitioner responsibilities to my role as Admin for any employees leaving. Plus I will have to track manually what Requisitions I need to followup on.
Any better ideas?
Thank you.
