You may encounter a situation where your company has more than one registration on the CSN. If this happens, the CSN Master Account owner merge the two accounts into one by following these easy steps.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
1. Have the CSN Master Account owner log into the CSN and click "Merge" for the company they want merged into their CSN account.

2. Have the CSN Master Account owner enter a note in the request field - This message is like a email message to the other account owner informing them of the merge request and why.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
3. Have the other account owner login and see the "Merge" request at the upper right corner for "Open Merge Requests"

4. Have the other account owner click "Merge"
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
5. On the next screen click "Accept" at the bottom of the screen and add a note - not required but its always a best practice to add a note.

6. Once the other account owner clicks "Accept" the CSN profile will merge and the additional user will see the company the Master is connected to. The Master CSN Account owner will see the merged contact under "User Accounts"
