Coupa is excited to announcing a new benchmarking program open only to registered Coupa customers!  Through the benchmarking program, you get insights to help you make smarter spending decisions for your company.  If you see that your requisition approval time is significantly slower than your peers, then perhaps it is time to relook at your approval bottlenecks.  If you find that your e-invoice percentage is much lower than the market, consider letting your suppliers create invoices directly via the Coupa Supplier Network.

With Coupa Benchmarking, you can measure the performance and trends of your company against the market average over a series of key performance metrics.  Never before has this kind of information been available.  And it's available 24X7 and refreshed every single day. 

Your company's benchmarks are available under your Dashboards menu.  You'll be able to look comparisons over the last 3, 6 and 12 months for "You" and the "Market" (the average value for company's in the Coupa Benchmarking service) 

Getting Started with Benchmarks

Getting started with Coupa Benchmarking is simple and it's the only way to see this critical data.  You'll probably want to join the program when you setup your dashboard page.  To start, go to Setup --> Dashboard Controls.  Make sure you've selected the option to see your company's performance against the market of your peers.  That's it.  The system will start calculating your company's values when you first go to the Benchmarking page.  The market benchmarks will start appearing within 24 hours.  

Please note that we take the confidentiality of your data very seriously.  If you participate in the program, Coupa calculates the KPI value on your instance and then transmits only the value back to Coupa for inclusion in the aggregate benchmarks to ensure privacy.
