Welcome to the Coupa customer success portal.  The portal is designed to be an interactive medium for sharing ideas, participating in discussions and learning from our Knowledge Base as well as other Coupa users.  This portal is open to anyone that would like to participate, you can self register!  Please use the links on the top and right navigation to participate in our community.

Here are highlights of what you can do on the support portal:

1. Request New Features:  Let us know what you need in your Coupa service.  We spend quite a bit of time working with our customers to understand what features they need in the software.  You can use the support portal search capabilities to see if anyone has already requested the feature and if they have, please add your comments on your business scenario.  The more comments we see on certain feature requests will help guide is in making decisions that's the best for our customers!

2. Ask For Help: You can log tickets in the portal by clicking on the "Submit a Request" area on the top navigation.  You will need to sign in to create a request.  Feel free to ask questions or let us know of any issues that you found.  Our goal is get back to you within 1 business day.   If you want to request a feature, please use the Feature Request forum on the right hand navigation, we don't track feature requests as tickets.  You can also email a ticket to us by sending an email to: support@coupa.com

3. Get Trained:  Use our training modules to get better acquainted with the features of Coupa.  We have combined traditional training with web based training to help guide you through different features.  If you would like training material on more topics, please let us know and we'll see what we can do!

4. Knowledge Repository:  Leverage our knowledge repository for tips and tricks that your friendly Coupa support team has posted.  The topics are listed in alphabetical order.  If you want to see topics about users, then you would have to go to the last page in the forum, or you can search on the right hand side of the forums page.

5. Learn About New Features:
  We plan for a new release every two months, giving our customers over 100 new features every year!  You can learn about these new features in the New Features forum.  We also have a new release webinar for all customers before the release is made available, you can view recordings of prior webinars in the Documents & Demo's forum.

6. Participate in our community forums:  We have added customer forums to allow our community to share tips and tricks, and offer suggestions around their best practices using Coupa. Please click on the one of the forums in the forums list on the right hand side of the page.
